The Role – Reception ECT
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Reception ECT to join a supportive and welcoming primary school from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to begin their teaching journey within a nurturing EYFS environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework, helping children develop socially, emotionally, and academically. You will work closely with experienced staff and senior leaders who are committed to supporting your professional growth through a structured ECT programme.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about early years education, have strong communication skills, and be dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
