Your Role as an Electrical Support Engineer Will Include:
Providing technical support for electrical engineering products and systems
Diagnosing and resolving complex electrical faults
Supporting field service engineers and customers with technical enquiries
Producing technical documentation and reports
Working closely with engineering, service and project teams
Delivering technical solutions and continuous product improvements
The Successful Electrical Support Engineer Will Need:
Experience as an Electrical Support Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Controls Engineer or similar
Strong electrical fault-finding and technical troubleshooting skills
Experience supporting industrial electrical equipment or systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Relevant electrical engineering qualification preferred
Commutable to Croydon
