The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

As we expand into engine management components, we’re seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a Vehicle Technician or Automotive Engineer with the following expertise:
Essential:
* Technical knowledge of automotive parts and their function components:
* Confidence to communicate and deal with people at all levels
* IT knowledge including Microsoft, Word, and Excel
* Technical Report writing
* Ability to use inspection measuring equipment
* Qualification within engineering or motor vehicles
Desirable:
* Experience of working within a quality control environment
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* This role would suit a Vehicle technician or an Automotive Engineer
* Worked within a quality inspection environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Participation in the development/testing and enhancement of specific product designs and the creation of process FMEAs (failure mode and effects analysis).
* Performing visual and physical inspections of development samples, production samples and stock.
* Creation of product inspection reports.
* Providing our factories with approvals or rejections based on the evaluation of inspection results.
* The control of and use of measuring equipment on site.
* Technical support and ‘know-how’ to other departments and customers.
* Inspection and diagnosis of failure samples assisting the Warranty department
