The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Key Responsibilities:-
Lead strategic target setting for the Vehicle Efficiency attribute
(competitive benchmarking, fleet compliance, customer data analysis, legislative reviews)
Coordinate and contribute to virtual verification activities and technical data analysis
Assess and negotiate target compatibility between efficiency attributes and energy node owners
Collaborate with energy node owners to shape long‑term technology roadmaps
Support governance across vehicle programmes by identifying risks and opportunities
Ensure robust administration and availability of all assumption and attribute data
Work with tools & methods teams to define and align development requirements
Where possible, support tools and methods development projects
Carry out any additional tasks aligned with programme needs or line manager directionSkills Required:-
Strong technical engineering background with evidence of a methodical, structured approach to problem solving
Experience of Vehicle attribute and/or vehicle system delivery
Knowledge of vehicle efficiency legislative homologation/certification methods, processes and implementation
Technical understanding of how vehicle energy nodes (road load, propulsion efficiency, electrical loads etc) affect vehicle-level efficiency and driving range
Strong presentation skills with the ability to use data and visualisations to articulate complex risks, opportunities and recommendations in an easily digestible way
Good communication skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex technical subject matters
Well-organised and diligent, able to keep a handle on technical administration
