About the Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality care, education and support to children aged 0–5.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children.
Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Supporting children's individual interests, needs and development.
Completing observations and contributing to children's learning journeys.
Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Promoting children's social, emotional, physical and educational development.
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding early years provisions
⭐ The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Have previous experience working within a nursery or early years environment.
Have a genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
Be caring, enthusiastic, patient and reliable.
Have a good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
Be confident communicating with children, parents and other professionals.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Be committed to providing the highest standard of care and education.
