We're recruiting a Facilities Coordinator on behalf of a well-established facilities management company based in Livingston.
This is a busy operational role where you'll coordinate maintenance works across commercial properties, ensuring contractors, engineers and customers all stay informed and jobs are delivered on time.

The role
Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works.
Managing contractors and engineers.
Scheduling jobs and monitoring progress.
Liaising with customers throughout the lifecycle of each job.
Ensuring service levels and response times are achieved.
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
Escalating issues where required and helping find solutions.
Supporting the wider operations team.
We're looking for someone with experience in areas such as
Facilities Management.
Property.
Housing.
Maintenance.
Contractor coordination.
Service Desk.
Helpdesk.
Project or Operations Coordination.
Scheduling or Planning.Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a reactive environment, communicates well with people and takes pride in delivering great customer service.
