You'll be hands-on in a heavy engineering environment, keeping machinery running, fixing problems fast, and making sure everything operates safely and efficiently. No two days are the same.
Diagnose faults and carry out planned and reactive maintenance
Work on mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics and transmissions
Get involved in fabrication, welding and machining repairs
Keep on top of inspections, servicing and safety checks
Play a part in improving performance across the siteWhat You'll Bring
Solid background in mechanical fitting / heavy engineering
Apprenticeship or HNC (or strong hands-on experience)
Experience with industrial machinery or production equipment
Skills in welding, fabrication, machining and fault finding
