How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    CNC Programmer (Fanuc/Bespoke Hardware)

    Stourbridge

    Up To £22 Per Hour + Early Finish Friday + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Great Worklife Balance

    Are you a CNC Programmer with experience milling and turning, and preferably with experience using Fanuc controls, looking for a day-based role, at a bespoke manufacturer who makes specialist brass hardware for a variety of luxury industries?

    Do you want to work in a role where you will get to manufacture a variety of specialist, small batch components, at a company who value their employees through an early finish Friday and a generous holiday allowance, where you will get to work on a variety of projects for royal palaces, super yachts, castles, and luxury private residence?

    In this role you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC Millers and Turners, ranging from 3 to 5 axis machines. You will also be responsible for reading engineering and CAD models, to manufacture bespoke, brass hardware components.

    This role would suit a CNC Programmer with experience milling and turning, and preferably with experience using Fanuc controls, looking for a role at a specialist manufacturer of brass hardware, who supplies a variety of high-end clients, with the added benefits of great work life balance and an early finish Friday.
