Our client is looking for a conscientious and organised Administration Assistant to join their Certification team in Northampton. This is a varied administration role supporting examination processes, candidate applications, certification activities and wider departmental projects.

Working within a busy team, you'll be responsible for:

Updating the examination database, populating new entries
Processing applications, arranging examinations
Raising invoices and purchase orders
Maintaining accurate records, issuing results and certificates
Supporting the ongoing development of internal systems and processes.What we're looking for:

Previous administration experience and comfortable with database management
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively within a team
Customer service experience would be advantageous
