The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Counterbalance and Combi Lift Driver to join a busy warehouse and dispatch team on a day shift. Working in a manufacturing environment, you’ll be responsible for moving products, delivering materials into production to keep workflow running smoothly, and ensuring customer orders are dispatched on time.
The client is open to experienced Counterbalance drivers who are keen to develop further — with full Combi lift training provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operating Counterbalance and Combi Lift to move products safely on site
Delivering materials directly to production areas to support smooth workflow
Loading/unloading vehicles and preparing customer orders for dispatch
Booking goods in/out and completing paperwork accurately
Carrying out daily truck checks and reporting faults promptly
Following health & safety standards and keeping the warehouse safe and organised
What We’re Looking For
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB/ITSSAR accredited)
Combi lift licence and experience is ideal, but training can be provided
Previous warehouse or manufacturing dispatch experience.
Flexible, reliable, and willing to support in non-FLT areas when required
Safety-focused team player with good communication skills
