We're delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Ledbury that is looking to welcome a Customer Service Administrator to their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and making a real difference every day.
As the key point of contact for customers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer journey from order placement right through to delivery. Working closely with internal departments and external customers, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service while maintaining strong working relationships.
This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery using CRM and ERP systems
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Supporting customer service performance reviews and contributing to continuous improvements
* Handling customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions
* Collaborating with production, planning, and supply chain teams to manage stock levels and customer requirements
* Monitoring inventory levels and helping minimise aged stock
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
You'll ideally have:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Good attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
* Experience using ERP or CRM systems
* SAP and Salesforce experience would be advantageous
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* A proactive and customer-focused approach
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
