Duties & Responsibilities
* Achieving agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles.
* Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding customer expectations to generate repeat business and referrals.
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the dealership CRM system.
* Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues professionally.
* Responding promptly to telephone, online and showroom enquiries.
* Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest vehicle specifications and finance products.
* Promoting finance, insurance and value-added products where appropriate.
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Your Background & Skills
* Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade.
* Ability to follow a structured sales process and consistently achieve targets.
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, professional and customer-focused.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
