Operations Planner

At Pasquill, we're looking for an Operations Planner to join our Operations team in Redhill, helping to ensure our production runs efficiently, customer orders are delivered on time, and our manufacturing processes operate at their very best.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of our site operations team, where you'll play a central role in coordinating production planning and scheduling. Working closely with our Production, Operations and Administration teams, you'll help keep our manufacturing process running smoothly while making a real impact on customer satisfaction. Pasquill is part of Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland and is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of engineered timber products. Supplying roof trusses, floor systems and spandrel panels to the housebuilding industry, Pasquill combines manufacturing expertise with innovative technology to deliver high-quality, sustainable building solutions across the UK.

This role is based full-time at our Redhill site.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a production planning, scheduling or operations planning role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage changing production demands.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with multiple teams across production and administration.
A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly.
Experience using production planning systems or manufacturing software; knowledge of MiTek or Autoeye/Randek would be advantageous.What you'll be doing:

Coordinate daily production schedules to maximise manufacturing efficiency and ensure customer delivery commitments are achieved.
Plan and schedule future manufacturing work using the Autoeye/Randek planning system while monitoring production flow.
Liaise with Production, Administration and Operations teams to communicate schedule changes and resolve planning issues.
Prepare and distribute production paperwork and daily manufacturing documentation to supervisors and team leaders.
Monitor production progress and proactively adjust plans to maintain operational performance and on-time delivery.Are Pasquill and Saint-Gobain inclusive employers?
