About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Advisor to join a busy sales and customer service team. This role is responsible for handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and website channels, supporting customers throughout their journey, and helping convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, maintain accurate CRM records, process orders efficiently, and provide outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system.
Conduct follow-up activities to support customer engagement and maximise sales opportunities.
Support outbound campaigns and business development initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Assist with sales administration, invoicing, and customer communications.
Contribute to team reporting, forecasting, and workflow planning.
Provide support across customer-facing departments during busy periods.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or customer advisory role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
