The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
You will be joining at a critical phase of the project and your support will be essential in getting the project over the line. So candidates must be prepared to hit the ground running.

Rate: £27 per hour
Hours: 45 per week paid Given the rural nature of the sites you will need a UK Drivers Licence and your own transport.
The client are not offering lodge on this role, so you will need to be commutable to the project. (Wellingborough/Bedford Area)
Job Responsibilities:
Onsite installation and removal of relevant water treatment machinery/equipment, including but not limited to: large bore stainless steel pipework, brackets/supports, pumps, motors, valves, steelwork, handrails.
Ability to work independently while also being an effective communicator in team settings.
Strong organizational skills with excellent multitasking abilities.
Adhering to onsite health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with other trades and end client on site.
Requirements:
CSCS Card (essential)
Previous relevant experience with industrial installation works as outlined above.
Own tools & PPE (essential)
Anglian Water Passport (preferred but not essential)
