Project Delivery & Leadership
* Lead engineering projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
* Take ownership of project performance, proactively managing risks, issues, and project outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders to drive successful product development and project execution.
* Maintain clear communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Engineering & Product Development
* Support all stages of the product development lifecycle, including requirements capture, design, implementation, verification, and qualification.
* Produce and maintain documentation required to support development and delivery activities.
Planning, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
* Manage project resources and budgets effectively to support delivery objectives.
* Ensure adherence to NPI processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
* Contribute to process improvements, business initiatives, and proposal activities to support operational efficiency and future growth.
Essential Requirements of the Project Manager
* A background in an Aerospace, industrial or electronics
* Full product lifecycle experience
