We are working with a highly reputable and well-established infrastructure contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Agent for their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to join a business delivering major infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. As the Site Agent your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Managing the day-to-day delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects
* Ensuring all site activities are carried out in line with health & safety requirements
* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme targets
* Monitoring project performance, costs, and progress reporting
* Maintaining quality standards and ensuring works are delivered to specification
* Liaising with clients, engineers, and the wider project delivery team

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* Previous experience working as a Site Agent within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of NEC contracts and project delivery processes
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* The ability to manage programmes, budgets, and site teams effectively
* A proactive and solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail
