Are you an experienced HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer looking for your next opportunity?
We are working with a well-established and growing facilities management business that is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer to join its engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of commercial properties, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and installations.
The Role
As an HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC and air conditioning systems
Diagnosing and repairing faults across a range of equipment, including split systems, VRF/VRV systems and AHUs
Carrying out servicing, maintenance and minor installation works
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations and company procedures
Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
Providing excellent customer service while working independently across client sites
Participating in an on-call rota where required
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered, you will ideally have:
Proven experience as an HVAC or Air Conditioning Engineer
Relevant F-Gas qualification
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience working with a range of commercial air conditioning and HVAC equipment
A full UK driving licence
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
A strong understanding of health and safety procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Additional electrical or mechanical qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
