The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Millenium Site Services UK Ltd is a specialist rail sector contractor, working across Paint, GRP, Glass, and Engineering division based at our head office & across customer sites around the country.
This is a varied role combining HR administration, PA/EA support to the CEO and Heads of Department and general marketing duties at our Derby Head Office.
You'll support HR, administration, and site operations across the workforce, acting as a key point of contact for staff and management, and helping keep our sites running smoothly.
* Monitor staff absence and maintain accurate records
* Support and sit in on disciplinary meetings, taking notes and ensuring correct process is followed
* Provide PA/EA support to the CEO and Head of Engineering (diary management, correspondence, meeting coordination)
* Organise and coordinate staff across sites (rotas, scheduling, resourcing support)
* Manage staff holiday requests and records
* Support basic payroll administration
* Assist with basic marketing activity
* Manage and update company social media accounts
* General HR administration duties as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in an HR administration or PA/EA role (preferred)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with staff at all levels
* Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
* Basic marketing experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Full UK driving licence (if travel to other sites required)
