The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

What You’ll Do
As EC&I Engineer reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll drive maintenance excellence and system reliability across the plant.
You’ll work closely with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot, improve, and future-proof our electrical systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading 1-year and 3–5-year asset improvement plans
Implementing Written Schemes of Examination and Risk-Based Assessments
Advising on repairs and inspection intervals to meet legal and business standards
Supporting plant upgrades, modifications, and CAPEX projects
Diagnosing faults using data, modelling, and system analysis
Promoting best practices in maintenance and change management
Training and mentoring engineers, fitters, and apprentices
Driving Health & Safety compliance and zero-harm culture
Reviewing plant performance and leading root cause analysis
Improving preventive maintenance plans with the Engineering PlannerWhat You’ll Bring
Experience with Siemens S5/S7, Allen Bradley, & Mitsubishi PLCS's
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance strategies, and project delivery
HNC/D in Electrical Engineering / Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
18th Edition certification (essential)
Familiarity with CMMS, databases, and project software
