This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional within the automotive aftermarket to join a growing and ambitious business. You'll take ownership of an established Midlands territory, developing existing customer accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities throughout the region.
Working with a portfolio of recognised automotive aftermarket brands, you'll supply and support motor factors, independent retailers and trade customers across the region, playing a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening market presence.
Location - Field Based - Midlands
Ideal locations include Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Solihull, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.
Salary - £40,000 Basic Salary + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission
Realistic OTE - £50,000 - £60,000+
The Opportunity
This is a genuine field-based sales role offering the autonomy to manage your own territory and build long-term customer partnerships.
You'll inherit an established customer base across the Midlands while also identifying new opportunities to expand market share and increase product penetration. Success in the role will come from building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to grow sales and market share across your territory.
Working closely with motor factors, automotive accessory retailers and other aftermarket customers, you'll become a trusted commercial partner while driving sustainable territory growth.
About You
You'll be a motivated, commercially minded sales professional who enjoys being out in the field, engaging with customers and delivering results.
Proven field sales experience within the automotive aftermarket sector.
Experience selling into motor factors, automotive accessory retailers or similar trade channels.
A successful track record of growing sales territories and developing customer accounts.
Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
Good commercial awareness with an understanding of profitable sales growth.
The ability to work independently and effectively manage your own territory.
A proactive approach and a genuine passion for winning new business.
A full UK driving licence.Key Responsibilities
