This is an exciting opportunity to own the TikTok presence across both brands, helping shape creative strategy, drive TikTok Shop sales, and become one of the recognisable faces for the brand.

The Role

As TikTok Coordinator, you'll lead the day-to-day management of TikTok from planning engaging content and hosting TikTok lives to managing freelance presenters and spotting the next viral trend, you'll play a key role in growing our communities and driving revenue through social commerce.

This is a hands-on role that combines content creation, live selling, talent management and social media strategy in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Plan, schedule and manage daily and weekly TikTok live sessions.

Host TikTok Lives as a brand personality, showcasing products in an engaging, authentic and sales-focused way.

Coordinate promotional events, new launches and campaign-led Live shopping experiences.

Work closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams to build product selections for each live based on stock, promotions and margins.

Analyse Live performance, including sales, engagement, conversion and viewer retention.

Identify opportunities to improve performance and maximise TikTok Shop revenue.

Recruit, onboard and manage freelance TikTok presenters.

Create rotas to ensure consistent Live coverage across both brands.

Deliver campaign briefs, product knowledge and performance feedback.

Ensure all presenters represent the tone, style and personality of each brand.

Monitor presenter performance and support ongoing development.

Plan and create TikTok-first content that reflects current trends and platform behaviour.

Film, edit and publish engaging short-form videos across both brands.

Work closely with Marketing and Buying teams to showcase new arrivals, key collections and campaigns.

React quickly to viral trends, sounds and cultural moments while maintaining each brand's identity.

Develop creative concepts that increase engagement, followers, reach and sales.

Become a recognisable face on TikTok.

Confidently present products on camera with energy and authenticity.

Build genuine relationships with our TikTok communities through engaging interaction.

Represent both brands with confidence, creativity and personality.

Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates and emerging creators.

Monitor TikTok analytics and produce regular performance reports.

Track KPIs including follower growth, engagement, live revenue, TikTok Shop performance and content success.

Make data-driven recommendations to improve results.

Stay up to date with TikTok Shop features, platform updates and best practices.

Requirements:

Has experience managing TikTok accounts or creating high-performing TikTok content.

Has experience hosting or supporting TikTok live shopping events (preferred).

Is confident, charismatic and comfortable in front of the camera.

Understands TikTok trends, algorithms and social-first storytelling.

Has strong organisational skills and can confidently manage multiple presenters and schedules.

Is highly creative, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Has a genuine passion for fashion, social media and social commerce.

Loves spotting trends before everyone else and turning ideas into engaging content.
