Step into a high-profile Senior Project Manager role with one of Europe's most respected international contractors, leading the delivery of a new-build hyperscale data centre in Frankfurt. This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role from the ground up on a flagship technical build. We're seeking an experienced construction project manager with a mechanical or electrical bias who can take ownership across coordination, client interface, programming, subcontractor management, and delivery through all project phases.

This is a critical role for a proven PM who thrives in fast-paced, technically complex environments such as mission critical, pharmaceutical, or large-scale MEP infrastructure. You'll be a key player on-site from day one - overseeing delivery from enabling works through to commissioning and handover. This role suits a driven project leader already based in Europe. Your Role as Senior Project Manager Will Include:

*Leading the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to completion on a major data centre programme
*Managing internal and external stakeholders including client reps, subcontractors,
consultants, and delivery teams
*Driving quality, safety, and delivery to meet programme and budget milestones
*Driving productivity, team performance, and communication across site
*Ensuring technical compliance and strong interface management across disciplines

As Senior Project Manager, You Will Need:

*A mechanical or electrical background, with relevant degree or trade qualifications
*Proven experience managing full lifecycle projects on data centres or comparable complex builds
*Clear understanding of construction methodologies, health and safety, and commercial awareness
