Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Modernisation & Full Replacement Sales Manager to join a leading lift engineering company based in the Northwest.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in lift modernisation and full replacement sales who understands design and construction processes and can effectively lead and collaborate across sales, engineering, and design teams.
Commutable from: Manchester, Warrington, Liverpool, Stockport, Wigan, Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham, St Helens, Chorley, Southport, Altringham, Widnes, and surrounding areas.
The Lift Modernisation Sales Manager Role
You'll play a key role in driving sales activity for lift modernisation and full replacement projects across the UK.
Lead sales for modernisation and full replacement of lifts in existing buildings
Ensure all activities align with safety, quality, and ethical standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support and mentor Sales, Engineering, and Design teams
Facilitate project design coordination and oversee the tender process
Identify client needs and provide effective, tailored solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams
The Lift Modernisation Sales Manager Candidate
Minimum 5 years' experience in lift modernisation & full replacement sales
Strong understanding of design and construction processes
Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex sales cycles
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams
