Are you a caring and compassionate individual looking for a rewarding career? We're seeking Support Workers to support adults in supported living services across Bristol, helping them live independently and achieve their personal goals.
The Role
Support with daily living tasks, personal care and household duties.
Encourage independence and community involvement.
Assist with appointments, activities, budgeting and tenancy support.
Administer medication following training.
Promote emotional wellbeing, dignity and choice.
Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided.
