The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Customer Quality Engineer to join the Quality team. This role has been created as part of continued business expansion and will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and improving the customer quality experience across the organisation.
Reporting into the Group Head of Quality, you will act as the primary quality interface for key customers, focusing on understanding customer feedback, investigating quality concerns, and driving timely resolution of product and documentation-related issues. Working closely with Sales and internal stakeholders, you will help improve communication, reduce non-conformances, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
This is a customer-facing, problem-solving role that requires strong communication skills, a passion for quality, and the ability to work collaboratively within a global team environment.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Proven experience in a quality engineering role, ideally within a customer-facing environment
Strong knowledge of AS9100 / AS9120 or relevant aerospace quality standards
Experience investigating non-conformances and supporting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Confident communicator, comfortable working with customers and internal teams globally
Ability to understand technical data, drawings, and specifications
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for quality
Competent with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systemsIn return we are offering:
