Job Title: Sales Support Administrator - Customer Service
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday
Location: Birmingham City Centre

Our client, a globally renowned commercial company, are looking for a talented Customer Service / Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic customer service team in stunning city centre offices. As the voice of the customer this exciting opportunity offers no day the same, where you will be providing a first-class customer experience to both external and internal customers!
What You'll Do:
Customer First: Own the "Customer Experience" alongside your team.
Order Management: Input, manage, and monitor sales orders and quotations with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed and up-to-date customer records, ensuring accuracy for production and despatch.
Provide Information: Offer accurate details about products, services, pricing, and policies to assist our customers.
Deliver First-Class Service: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person, focusing on closing deals and generating future sales opportunities.
Collaborate: Work with internal teams to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.What You'll Bring:
Previous experience within a customer service product-based role
Experience with processing orders and order management
Excellent organisation skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
