We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to take ownership of key customer relationships, generate new business, grow existing accounts and help shape the organisation’s wider marketing strategy.
This is a senior, commercially focused role with no direct line-management responsibility, suited to someone who is confident working independently while collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Planning and Marketing teams.
You will manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to quotation, service delivery, account development and ongoing relationship management, while identifying opportunities for sustainable commercial growth.

* Significant experience in sales, account management, business development or a similar commercial role.
* Proven experience managing and developing customer accounts.
* Demonstrable experience winning new business.
* Experience growing existing customer relationships commercially.
* Strong commercial awareness covering revenue, profitability, retention and account growth.
* Experience contributing to or developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Strong understanding of B2B marketing, social media and digital marketing.
* Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.
* Experience preparing commercial proposals, quotations and presentations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to turn commercial objectives into practical sales and marketing activity.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple customer, sales and marketing priorities independently.
