We’re recruiting for a Driver Technician on behalf of client who is a leading provider of healthcare equipment and support services. This is more than just a delivery job - it’s an opportunity to improve lives by providing essential medical and care products directly to people in need.
What you’ll be doing:
* Driving to customers' homes and interacting in a respectful, approachable and compassionate manner
* Delivering, installing, collecting and repairing a variety of healthcare and mobility equipment
* Demonstrating how to use equipment clearly and confidently to ensure customers feel supported
* Carrying out basic DIY tasks as part of installations or repairs
* Providing a high standard of customer service with empathy, care, and integrity
* Working flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including participation in an emergency on-call rota
What we're looking for:
* A full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Basic DIY or mechanical skills
* A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact
* Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as part of an on-call rota
