The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team in Essex, supporting multiple live projects and managing project information systems.
You will be responsible for setting up project documentation protocols, configuring Viewpoint For Projects (VFP), managing workflows, and maintaining document review and approval processes. The role includes providing support to project teams, monitoring document status, chasing actions, and delivering system training.
The successful candidate will have strong experience with Viewpoint For Projects, a good understanding of construction documentation processes, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Set up and manage project documentation protocols
* Configure and maintain Viewpoint For Projects (VFP) workspaces
* Establish and manage document workflows and approval processes
* Control, track, and distribute project documentation
* Monitor document progress and chase outstanding actions
* Provide document control support to project teams
* Deliver training and support to internal and external users
* Assist with project setup on systems such as FieldView and Deltek PIM

£40000.00 - £48000.00 per year
