TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of welcoming secondary schools across Swansea that are looking to recruit enthusiastic Cover Supervisors. These schools are committed to providing a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential, supported by dedicated staff and strong leadership teams.
The schools are looking to appoint motivated Cover Supervisors for a September start, with day-to-day, long-term, part-time and full-time opportunities available. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-planned lessons, keep students engaged in learning, maintain excellent classroom management and ensure a positive and productive learning environment throughout the school day.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
• Experience working with secondary school aged students
• Strong classroom management skills
• The confidence to deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive and adaptable attitude
• A genuine passion for supporting young people in their education
