We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Office Support Assistant to join our friendly team. This is an excellent foot-in-the-door opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in business support, administration, or office management.
No previous office experience is required. We're far more interested in finding someone with a fantastic attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Office Manager with a variety of day-to-day tasks, including:
Assisting with general administration and office duties
Answering calls and taking messages
Managing meeting rooms and preparing for visitors
Handling post, deliveries, and office supplies
Data entry and maintaining company records
Supporting different departments when required
Helping to keep the office organised and running smoothly
