The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

TeamJobs are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to join a well-established manufacturing business in Ringwood on a permanent basis.
This is more than a standard pick-and-pack role. You'll be responsible for managing stock accurately, picking a variety of components for production and ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time.
Hours & Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Monday - Friday
7:15am - 4:00pm OR 8:15am - 5:00pm
Permanent positionWhat You'll Be Doing:
Accurately pick components and part numbers for production
Use MRP/ERP systems to process and manage stock
Carry out stock checks, cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
Receive, check and book in incoming deliveries
Load and unload vehicles using a forklift
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
Pick, pack and prepare finished goods for dispatch
Keep the warehouse/stores area organised and running efficientlyWhat We Need From You:
Strong warehouse/stores experience, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
Good working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
Proven stock control and inventory experience
Experience picking complex components, multiple part numbers or production materials
Valid Forklift licence - essential
Full UK driving licence - essential
