What will the HR Advisor role involve?

Providing guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent handling of issues such as sickness, maternity, paternity, and flexible working requests
Supporting recruitment activities, including onboarding and new starter surveys, with insight into trends and improvements
Assisting in managing performance reviews and probationary assessments, supporting managers and addressing any issues proactively
Conducting exit interviews to gather insights and support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining accurate HR records and assisting in the review and development of policies aligned with employment law and organisational values
Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:

Proven experience in a HR role, with relevant employment law knowledge and employee relations
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
Good organisational skills, methodical in approach, with high attention to confidentiality
Familiarity with HR systems and data management, with excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and MS Office
Proactive, self-motivated, and interested in developing a career in HR through study and practical involvement
