Are you a detail-driven Digital Marketer with a passion for email campaigns, customer engagement, and data-led optimization? We’re looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join a growing global marketing team and take ownership of a key communication channel, helping to connect innovative technology solutions with customers worldwide.
   
The Role:

As an Email Marketing Executive, you will play a hands-on role in planning, building, and optimizing email campaigns that engage a global audience of electrical engineers. You will work closely with the wider marketing team, supporting the transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and helping to deliver targeted, effective campaigns that drive customer engagement.
You’ll also collaborate with content specialists to refine messaging, improve campaign performance, and provide support across digital channels including LinkedIn.
  
Key Responsibilities:
Build, test, and deliver targeted global email campaigns using platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Manage audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, and marketing automation processes to improve campaign effectiveness
Optimize email content, subject lines, messaging, and calls-to-action to increase engagement and conversions
Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and use insights to recommend improvements
Ensure all marketing communications are accurate, aligned with brand guidelines, delivered on time, and support wider digital engagement strategies including LinkedIn activity and team collaboration About You:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, analytical, and passionate about delivering high-quality marketing campaigns. You’ll have experience creating and managing email campaigns within a B2B environment and enjoy using data insights to improve performance.

You will ideally have:

Hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns within a B2B or digital marketing environment
Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality campaigns and identify areas for improvement
Confident analyzing campaign performance data and using insights to optimize engagement and results
Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and supporting professional social media channels such as LinkedIn Why Join?
