SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic primary school in Ealing for a Part-Time Admissions & Attendance Administrator to join their friendly and supportive office team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school administrator looking for flexibility while remaining at the heart of a busy school environment.
The Role
You'll play a key role in the smooth running of the school office, with a particular focus on:
Managing pupil attendance and following up absences.
Supporting the school's admissions process.
Liaising with parents and external agencies.
Maintaining accurate pupil records using the school's MIS.
Providing general administrative support to the wider office team.
Delivering excellent customer service to families and visitors.
Working Pattern
Approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility around either:
Monday-Thursday, 8:15am-12:15pm (preferred), or
Two full days per week (approximately 7:45am-4:30pm).The role is available from September for at least the Autumn Term, with the potential to continue beyond.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience working in a school office.
Has experience with attendance and/or admissions.
Is confident using school management systems (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar).
Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
Can build positive relationships with parents, pupils and colleagues.
Is proactive, professional and enjoys working as part of a team.
