About the Role:
We are working with a friendly and established school in West London who are seeking an experienced School Receptionist & Administrator to join their front office team. This full-time role is based on-site, working 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday. School office experience and an Enhanced DBS are essential. MIS experience (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom) is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and signing in visitors, parents and students
• Answering phone calls, managing emails and responding to enquiries
• Preparing letters, documents and supporting general admin duties
• Maintaining accurate school records and updating MIS systems
• Assisting with attendance monitoring and daily office coordination
• Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Previous administrative or reception experience within a UK school
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Confident communication and a professional, friendly manner
• Good IT skills and familiarity with school MIS systems
