My client is  a well-established and highly regarded legal practice based in the heart of Crowborough, and due to continued growth, they  looking for a motivated and ambitious Administrator to join their friendly team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the day-to-day administration of a busy legal practice
Managing data entry and maintaining accurate client records
Professionally answering and directing phone calls
Welcoming clients and providing a warm, professional first impression
Organising files, documents, and correspondence
Coordinating appointments and team schedules
Assisting fee earners and supporting various departments as needed What We’re Looking For

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
Comfortable using computerised systems and office software
Efficient and accurate typing skills
Previous administrative or customer service experience (preferred)
