Job Description:
Our client is a well-established commercial main contractor based in Sheffield and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. They deliver new build / refurbishment / fit-out of commercial projects across multiple sectors.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing multiple sites, overseeing and delivering a wide range of high-profile projects, managing all stages of the projects and coordinating with subcontractors and clients to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met while maintaining the high standard of service expected by the company.
Key Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
* Full UK driving license
* Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
Responsibilities:
* Full project management, leading the planning, scheduling, and delivery of retail fit out projects from concept through to handover.
* Manage Health and Safety and Implement all statutory regulatory and company requirements.
* Multiple site teams reporting to you
* Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and communicate project updates to the Director and Stakeholders
* Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
* Develop, control and ensure delivery against the project budgets.
* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout
Salary:
£50,000 - £60,000 + Pension, Healthcare and Bonus scheme
