⭐ About the Role – SEN Teaching Assistant (Corby)
As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Corby, you will:

Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs

Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, behavioural needs, and non‑verbal communication

Use visuals, routines and calm communication strategies
*
Assist with emotional regulation and de‑escalation

Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider SLT
