In this key role, you’ll work closely with operational teams across all stages of project delivery – from pre-construction through to completion – ensuring the highest standards of installation and compliance are maintained.The Projects are nationwide so Travel is involved.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the company’s NICEIC Qualified Supervisor and primary liaison with the NICEIC Area Engineer.
* Carrying out regular site audits to ensure compliance with BS7671 and NICEIC requirements.
* Reviewing and verifying internal and third-party electrical test certification.
* Supporting teams with technical queries, electrical design input, and ensuring robust commissioning and testing practices.
* Managing the upkeep of internal test equipment and overseeing electrical safety in the company’s office environment.
* Contributing to small works project management and supporting the broader business on electrical compliance matters.
What we’re looking for:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
* C&G 2391 or equivalent in Inspection, Testing & Certification.
* In-depth knowledge of current IET Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
* At least two years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity, with responsibility for technical standards in electrical work.
* Strong communication and documentation skills with an eye for detail.
* A full UK driving licence.
