The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Summary
We’re looking for experienced Electrician to join one of the biggest projects coming to the Teesside region, working at an early stage of delivery. This role, based at the NZT site, will run initially until the end of October, however this has the potenital to be extended. A great opportunity for those with the right skills to be part of a landmark development from the outset.

Our client operates within the industrial sector, delivering complex projects with a focus on quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Carry out electrical installation works on a major industrial construction project.
Install and terminate containment systems, cables, and electrical equipment in line with project specifications.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with current electrical regulations.
Work closely with supervisors and other trades to support project delivery targets.
Identify and report any issues affecting quality, safety, or programme requirements.
Maintain excellent compliance with site health and safety procedures.
Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe at all times
