We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our growing team in Doncaster.
This is an excellent Paint Sprayer opportunity to become part of a leading specialist vehicle manufacturer, working on high-quality commercial vehicle conversions. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional paint finishes, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities of The Paint Sprayer
Prepare vehicle panels and components for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking and priming.
Mix and prepare paints, including two-pack paint systems, ensuring accurate colour matching.
Apply paint using spray guns to achieve a high-quality finish.
Carry out SMART repairs and rectification work where required.
Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
Monitor curing and drying times, making adjustments where necessary.
Maintain spray equipment and ensure the paint area remains clean, safe and organised.
General paint sprayer duties
Skills & Experience of The Paint Sprayer
Previous experience as an Automotive Paint Sprayer, Vehicle Paint Technician or similar.
Experience with SMART repairs and vehicle refinishing.
Good knowledge of paint preparation, mixing and colour matching.
Experience using spray guns and two-pack paint systems.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
Experience applying Speedliner or other protective spray coatings would be a distinct advantage.
