The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
A Technical Architect is required to join a design-led practice in Waterloo, London, working on high-end residential, hospitality, heritage and mixed-use projects. This role suits a qualified Part III Architect with UK practice experience, strong Revit skills and technical strength across RIBA stages 4 and 5. You will prepare project information, technical packages and construction details within a small project team.
Role & Responsibilities
Work across RIBA stages with a focus on stages 4 and 5
Produce technical construction information
Prepare drawings, models and documents
Support coordinated project deliveryYou will work on 5* hotel projects, residential developments and mixed-use schemes. You will also supervise junior team members and report clearly to senior colleagues and directors.
Skills & Experience Required
Qualified Part III Architect with 2+ years' UK practice experience
Strong technical design knowledge
Proficient Revit user. AutoCAD knowledge would be advantageous
Confident client and contractor communicationExperience on bespoke residential, apartments, hospitality and/or heritage projects is required. AutoCAD knowledge and a well-structured portfolio showing your own project work would be beneficial.

Fully flexible salary dependent on experience.
