Hygiene Manager (Nights)

Hours: 10pm-6am (Monday - Friday)
Role:
Lead and develop the hygiene team, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Drive excellence in food safety and hygiene standards across the site.
Drive strong internal and external audit performance and implement improvement plans.
Manage hygiene-related projects in line with site objectives and business priorities.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, CICs, COSHH requirements, and risk assessments.
Monitor, measure, and report Hygiene KPIs on a monthly basis.
Coach and support teams to embed best practice hygiene standards and behaviours.
Requirements:
Hygiene-related Certificate or Diploma.
Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 3 qualifications.
COSHH Training.
Proven experience leading a hygiene operation within a food manufacturing environment.
