Pay Rate: £260/day
Role Overview:
RG Setsquare is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Site Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades person to contribute to high-quality construction and refurbishment projects in a supportive, safety-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning, supervising work and organize daily site activities.
Ensure workers use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ensure construction work meets drawings, specifications, and building codes.
Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, environmental requirements, and contract specifications.Requirements:
Valid SMSTS/SSSTS and First aid. Prior Site Manager experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
