Role Overview
Manage customer hire enquiries, bookings and off-hires
Process contracts, orders and hire documentation
Coordinate equipment deliveries and collections
Liaise with workshop and transport teams
Monitor fleet availability and equipment allocation
Maximise hire opportunities and ancillary sales
Provide excellent customer service
Assist customers with loading/unloading equipment when required
Requirements
2+ years' experience within plant hire, tool hire or equipment rental
Previous hire desk/hire controller experience
Syrinx experience highly desirable
Good knowledge of the hire process, transport and fleet scheduling
Strong organisation and communication skills
Full UK Category B manual driving licence essential
Physically fit and comfortable assisting with loading/unloading
Polish or Ukrainian language skills advantageous
Salary & Benefits
£46,000+ per year
Monday-Friday, 6am-5pm
Minimum 2 Saturdays per month, 6am-1pm
