We're currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology graduates to join our partner schools as SEN Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting and build a strong foundation for a future career in education, clinical psychology, or child development.
Psychology Graduate Roles:
Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language)
Working one-to-one and in small groups under the guidance of the SENCO and classroom teacher
Helping implement individual learning plans (EHCPs)
Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation
Promoting inclusion and a positive learning environmentPsychology Graduate Requirements:
Degree in Psychology (or related field)
Genuine interest in child development, mental health, or education
Patient, empathetic, and proactive
Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
Aspiring Educational Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers encouraged to apply
