We’re excited to launch applications for our 2026 Apprenticeship Programme.
We’re looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to start their careers in construction and gain hands-on experience across a range of business areas, including:
- Construction
- Commercial
- Technical Services
- Design
- Bid
- Planning
Eligibility criteria:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (or equivalent), OR 96 UCAS points
Desirable attributes:
- A strong interest in construction and the built environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Initiative and a proactive approach
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiasm to develop new skills and grow within the industry
