As a Nursery Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
• Supporting children with their daily routines
• Helping to create a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment
• Supporting activities and learning through play
• Encouraging children's social, emotional and physical development
• Supporting children during mealtimes and daily routines
• Building positive relationships with children and staff
• Following safeguarding and nursery policies
• Working as part of an experienced Early Years team
• Supporting qualified staff within the nursery
What we look for:
For qualified candidates, a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification is desirable.
For unqualified candidates, previous experience working with children is beneficial but is not always essential. Most importantly, we are looking for reliable, caring and enthusiastic people who have a genuine interest in working with children.

Your TeacherActive onboarding process:
I will complete the initial TeacherActive registration and onboarding process with you before you begin working in our Early Years settings.
Once registered and fully compliant, I can discuss available shifts with you based on your availability, experience and preferred locations.
You will also have a dedicated consultant who will support you throughout your assignments and remain your main point of contact.
